Welcome to Wataniya, a brand operated by Thread Marked Tailoring LLC ("Wataniya", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing our website, using our services, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority applicable to you or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
You must not attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of our website.
2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, artwork, designs, photographs, and other product information as accurately as possible.
However, actual colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, printing or embroidery methods, fabric characteristics, and normal manufacturing tolerances.
Many Wataniya products are produced or finished after an order is placed. Minor variations in print or embroidery placement, colour, stitching, sizing, or garment finish may occur as part of the manufacturing process.
A sizing variation of approximately ±2 cm may occur depending on the garment and manufacturing process.
Nothing in this section limits a customer's rights where a product is defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not comply with applicable UAE consumer protection requirements.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of products, subject to applicable law.
3. ORDERS
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted after payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, or product unavailability. Where payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing their purchase, including:
- Product selection
- Size
- Colour
- Quantity
- Personalization or customization details, where applicable
- Shipping address
- Email address
- Phone number
For made-to-order or customized products, cancellation or modification may not be possible after production has started, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable UAE law.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Wataniya website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed from time to time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order already accepted by us, except where correction is required by applicable law.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Any applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with UAE law.
If and when Thread Marked Tailoring LLC becomes required to register for UAE VAT, VAT will be applied in accordance with the requirements of the UAE Federal Tax Authority.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Production time and shipping or delivery time are separate.
Any delivery dates or timeframes displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, and force majeure events.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility or customer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Because some Wataniya products may be made to order, personalized, printed, embroidered, or otherwise customized, certain products may not be eligible for return due solely to change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or customer preference.
This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable UAE consumer protection laws, including where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Wataniya name, branding, logos, original graphics, product photography, artwork, designs, written content, website layouts, and other original materials created for Wataniya are owned by or licensed to Thread Marked Tailoring LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited, or used without appropriate authorization.
Where products, artwork, or website content incorporate intellectual property belonging to third parties, all applicable copyrights, trademarks, characters, names, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing on our website grants ownership of third-party intellectual property to Wataniya or Thread Marked Tailoring LLC.
8. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website and services available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, technical reasons, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Product availability is subject to stock, production capacity, and other operational considerations.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thread Marked Tailoring LLC and Wataniya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our liability relating to a particular order will generally not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
